On Friday, January 27th 2012, the National Center for the Analysis of Longitudinal Data in Education Research held its Fifth Annual Conference entitled"Human Capital Policies in Education: Further Research on Teachers and Principals."

This year's conference brought together policy analysts and prominent scholars in education research to examine ways to promote greater student achievement through human resource policies related to teachers and principals.
