National Center for Performance Incentives Conference

Four CALDER researchers presented papers at the National Center for Performance Incentives Conference, held February 28 through February 29. Dan Goldhaber presented "The Politics of Teacher Pay Reform." Jane Hannaway presented her joint work with Andrew J. Rotherham: "Collective Bargaining in Education and Pay Performance." Michael Podgursky talked about his paper on "Market-Based Pay Reforms for Teachers," and Jacob Vigdor presented his work: "Teacher Salary Bonuses in North Carolina."
